What happens at a consultation?

We talk through what you notice, your goals and suitability, assess the area and explain the options, including doing nothing. You leave with a clear plan and price. Most consultations take around 30 minutes.

Do I pay the full price today?

Accepted Answer

No. You only pay a £50 deposit to secure your time. It comes off your treatment price, and the balance is paid at the clinic.

Can I move my appointment?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Move or cancel with at least 48 hours notice and we transfer or refund your deposit. Changes inside 48 hours and missed appointments lose the deposit.

Question 4

Do I need a prescriber assessment?

Accepted Answer

Only for prescription treatments, such as treatment for lines and wrinkles or excessive sweating. The face to face assessment is included in your appointment, and treatment goes ahead only if suitable.
